Ordered products are shipped by EMS, JAPAN POST.
The tracking number will be sent to you once your order is shipped.
You will receive the products in 3 or 4 days after they are shipped if it is not stuck in the custom of your country.
If you don't receive the items for more than a week after you ordered them, please contact us.

COMBINE SHIPPING
General idea of the shipping fee is shown in the chart below.
You can save much of the shipping fee by combine shipping.
Roughly speaking, the shipping fee of the second or third items is about half of the original shipping fee of each item.
If you purchase multiple items, they can be shipped together as long as they are paid for in one payment.
If you pay for them separately, combine shipping rate might not be applied,
because it is hard to recognize you bought multiple items.
Also we cannot be under paypal protection if we do combine shipping for the items paid separately.

CUSTOM CHARGE and INSURANCE
EMS includes insurance up to $200 regardless of the declared amount on the shipping label.
We will declare as low value as $30 basically so you can avoid high import tax.
The maximum insured amount is $200 in that case.
The rate of postal accidents such as loss or damage is very small, as small as 1 out of 1000,
but if you still would like to have the coverage for higher amount than $200, please write that in the note field of your paypal payment. Separate e-mails are not likely to be read in time for shipping..
